My Dearest Darling Grams.

Today one of my dearest friends passed away. I will miss her so much. I know that she is happy and that she is finally no longer suffering and she is back in the arms of her true love, whom she has been missing dearly for 18 years. She was more than my Grandma , she was my friend. I will miss how she would laugh and laugh until she cried, and how you couldn't visit her without getting a plateful of her wonderful cooking. She was adored by all her grand babies and especially her great grand babies. And she loved them just as much.

I was able to be with her yesterday morning before I came home and I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to say goodbye. She had a peaceful smile on her face and I know that she was ready. I am happily looking forward to the moment when I can see her again.

I was so blessed to have her for my Grandma. She gave me such good advice that has led me to where I am today.
See you soon Grams, I Love You!

Happy Birthday to me...

Hooray I'm 26!!

OK, I am taking a moment out of my super fun vacation to post a little post.
Surprisingly I am not here to post about how amazed I am that I'm 26 (But I am...), or wondering were the last 26 years have gone, or about how old I feel. I am posting about this.

Milk Chocolate Flan... Delectable... And pretty to look at!

I went to dinner last night for my birthday and it was so yummy, and the restaurant was so cute and it was wonderful to hang out with most of my family. The pictures above are not the best, I forgot my camera and had to use the Chefs camera and then he emailed me the pictures. Seriously what a nice place, full of nice employees! Anyway, I thought my dessert was so pretty that I just had to record the moment! Oh and the highlight? Voldemort cooked my birthday dinner. Seriously. But we weren't at some novelty Harry Potter Restaurant, I think he just works there when he's not trying to take over the wizarding world!
